“You may see me simple walking around, but the power God has given me is big. Whoever will sit on the throne in 2024 I will have to hold the person’s hand to sit. That’s what will happen whether you like it or not. If God chooses someone and that person doesn’t come to see me, he will lose and will never sit on the throne in 2024…. I am not bragging…”

The statements above are a few from the outspoken Man of God Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, who has publicly stated that no one in Ghana can hold the presidency without his consent.

The prophet of the nation claims that even if God gives his or her approval, the candidate must visit him or her first in order to be eligible to take the kingdom; otherwise, the candidate will lose.

These statements were given on Sunday by the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries during regular church service.

Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah listed the following examples of legitimate men of God who have had a say in choosing a nation’s leaders: Nathan, Jehoada, Jeremiah, and Daniel.

“It is God who makes leaders but It was Nathan that God used to crown Solomon. Jehoada was used to crown Josiah and Elijah was used to crown Jehu. There are some unique prophets that’s their anointing… Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Daniel are all anointed like him” he said.

“God has bestowed that anointing on me it’s not that I am doing politics…. People will say I talk too much but I know what I am speaking about. Capture this on video very well. Nobody can lead Ghana without me having a say. I am not God but I have a say.”
